Time  : 40 ‘

Aim: to be able to   get pleasure  from the activities
         To be  able to    learn  professions – their tools
          To be able to  use  possessive pronouns  in meaningful context.
         To be able to  engage in learning process
Present :
Activity :recognizing  the occupations and  personal pronouns
Teacher  enters the class with  a puppet and some real materials .He wants to draw students’ attention to  the topic. He asks some questions  to   test  their knowledge about occupations.After a brief  review,  teacher  uses  the slide show to teach professions and  possessive pronouns .Teacher doesn't  read the sentences from the  slides  because ,  he has ready records with his own  voice. After  each slide , he  wants to be sure  that students understand the  words or structure in the slides  so he wants them to repeat some words and asks them about  each slide with the puppet.  Teacher focuses on  the pronouns and occupations so  , students can  get some ideas about the importance of   possessive pronouns and the jobs.

            Teacher  shows  an exercise  from the  PowerPoint presentation. Each  answer   has  a contribution  to guess the key  occupation. As  students   are answering the  questions , they are getting  close to it. . To apply this activity , teacher makes  groups with  four member .Each member  thinks the answer in a  minute , then  they  write  it on a big  paper and show it  to  the others. then teacher  gives the correct answer .   The groups who  have the correct answer  get ten points. The activity goes on so. At the end, the ones who get the highest points  become rivals .Their duty is  that they will  make a good sentence with the all answers and they will guess the  key occupation by making  out  from this sentence.They have  3 minutes to think and decide the occupation.After time is over , teacher  shows the  right answer , the winner group  deserves a bar of chocolate.

Activity :  make  up  a family
            The activity aims that students are  able to use  occupations  and  possessive pronouns  in a context .  They are able to use their  creativity . Teacher  wants them to  use these occupations  and  pronouns  to make up  a family  .  After everybody is ready , The  volunteers tell their own family and if they want , they can  do role play . It’s up to them . For  example ,'tom is a student, he has book , pencil so , they are  his . His father is a pilot etc.While  telling the their  own  artificial  family  they can use a  puppet.Puppet  makes them relieved  .If they make mistakes , They think that mistakes  belong to the  puppet  , not  them .Beside  puppet , students can  use real materials  teacher brings.At the end , each performance is  appreciated and students’s efforts are thanked.
