2. Teacher says these words in a sentence using like/dislike so students
can guess what the like/dislike means and how they are used in a sentence
3. Teacher asks students what the name of the foods so students pay
attention; that’s mean students is active
Teacher
enters the classroom with flashcards and so she attracts attention with
them.Firstly, she asks how they are, then she says that she has not have had a
breakfast, she is hungry and she starts to
talk about what she likes for breakfast. Then she says she wants to show
some foods to the students.

1. Teacher sticks a smiling face and a sad face by dividing into two the
board. Teacher shows the flashcards which are foods (apple, pizza, ) .Then she
sticks the apple flashcard under the smiling face and says “I like apple” She uses mime to
emphasize the meaning.
2. Then she sticks the eggs flashcard under the sad face and says “I don’t
like egg”.
3. She introduces ten foods here. Students see the foods and they start to
learn the name of the foods.
4. Teacher sometimes asks the students if they like the food or not while
she is sticking. Here they start to understand how they can use like/dislike in
the sentence
5. After all of the foods are shown, teacher gives number the flashcard on
the boards. Write the numbers near the foods.
6. Teacher asks students to hold up the number of fingers corresponding to
the word she says. For example; she says “what number is apple” and the students
hold up two fingers apple is number two. Here we check if the students learn
