He sees an old man  and wants to give him some food, but he doesn't have food for his own.  So he goes on his way.  On his way he sees a deer  and wants to give him some water, but he doesn't have water for himself.  So he goes home to help them. Now he comes back to the old man and gives him some food and gives some water to the deer. The old man and the deer are very happy.  Alican then happily goes on his way.
One day Alican fell down the hill and no one is there to help him.  But, the old man comes and helps. So They are all happy.

PRACTICE

ACTIVITIES :  Role playing and drawing picture

Procedures :

First activity: In drawing picture activity teacher asks students to draw the picture of story. Its aim is to develop students imaginative skills. Also teacher can make them groups so while they are drawing one picture of story as a group they have to communicate with each other. By doing this activity we can see whether our students understand the story or not.

Second activity: In role playing activity teacher select the candidates of activity and gives the roles according to story. For example; one boy will be Alican and another one the old man…   We can animate the story by role playing so it is important to learners hear the story by watching.
