LESSON: ENGLISH
CLASS: 5TH GRADE
UNIT: SCHOOL LIFE-CLASSROOM RULES

SPEAKING ACTIVITY

VOCABULARY POINT : Take out and put something in

AIMS:

1-To provide the students to practice some chunks such as take out and put something in
2-To encourage them to speak
3-To develop their speaking skill

MATERIALS:  A bag, a rubber, a ruler, a book, a notebook, a pencil.

PROCEDURE: The teacher takes her bag and other classroom objects ( ruler,book,pencil..) and stands in front of the classroom. She shows the objects one by one and says their names. The teacher takes the book and says to herself “Please, put the book in your bag” and at the same time she puts the book in her bag and then she says “ Now, take out your book” and she takes out the book. Next, she wants the students to give some instructions and help her in order to put other objects in her bag and later take out them one by one. Students start to give the instructions and practice these chunks.
