teaching song

ACTIVITY:1
AIMS:   TO CHANGE  THE ATMOSPHERE OF THE CLASSROOM
                  TO GET STUDENT’S ATTENTION
              To teach  the classroom rules by listening
MATERIALS: A turn table prepared  by teacher which write  the classroom rules




PROCEDURE : The teacher comes to the class and greets  with students.She asks “ Do you like songs ?”. After students answer “ Yes”, she  sings the song with its  lyric. At the first time, students listen to it for fun.Then, the teacher introduces the topic and she says that “ We will learn the classroom rules from this song”. For the second time, the tacher sings the song again with its lyric. (The teacher sings the song  by showing turn –table.)

ACTIVITY:2
(Singing together :)
 AIMS:  To help students be aware of whether they learn the song or not
             To create a fun environment by singing together
             To develop their ability of intonation ,sound and pronuciation
MATERIALS:The pictures which show the  classroom rules

PROCEDURE: Four students come to the board  and the teacher  gives the pictures them  one by one.One student starts to sing first  part and  then other student continue to sing the song.So, they can sing together the song.

ACTIVITY:3
(Creating song )
AIMS:  To develop student’s social relationship with each other.
PROCEDURE: Teacher  wants  from students to create their own song about the classroom rules.Therefore ,the teacher  divides into students into groups .Then,when students  are ready,the teacher asks “Who will come?”. Volunteer students sing their song in front of the class.This continue until every group sing their song.
