AIMS :

greeting expressions (What is your name?, Where are you from?

intonation and pronunciation of language while they have fun.

WARM-UP
STAGE
-Teacher enters and greets the students.
-He tells the students that
first they will watch a video after that they will play a game.
-He opens the video of song.
-Students
listen it two or three times. They see and remember the basic greeting
structures.
PROCEDURE PART
The game is based on memory. First the teacher explains
the game. He chooses one student in class and tells her ‘Hello! What is your name?’. The
students answer the question and she choose another student and tells ‘Hello,
What is your name?‘ The student she chooses first
tell the student name who ask question to him. ‘’your name is Ayşe and my name
is Melih’’. Then he chooses another students. The game continues until one
student makes a mistake. Students should listen each other carefully and
memorize their names.
