4th grade unıt 4 my clothes

                                     TEACHING PRONOUNCIATION

4th grades

Time:40 min.

Unit 4: My Clothes

Materials: pictures of clothes,video
 

AIMS  
They are  able to pronounce clothes names and their sounds. Their speaking ability improves. Students can pronounce word correctlyi

Activity 1:

Teacher delivers  pictures to each students. Students read clothes names written on the paper but first of all teacher starts.Teacher reads once more if necessary. And then volunteer students starts to pronounce clothes names. If their pronounciation is incorrect,teacher correct them and pronounce correct one.


Activity 2:

Teacher shows a video to children about clothes. So lesson becomes more funny and it is more visual. While watching video.students pay attention to pronounciation.
They watch the video twice.
At the end of the video,teacher wants students to pronounce words.

At the end of  Lesson  Teacher asks students what they have studied today, what they have learned, which activity they like more and why.
