Language Point: Body Parts - Unit 5 (Have got, has got, plurals and basic adjectives)
Noticing:
Aims: Teacher aims to make students aware of the body parts(head, hair, face, eyes, ears, mouth, teeth, nose, tongue, cheeks, chin, neck, shoulders, back, belly, butt, arms, elbow, hand, fingers, legs, knees, feet, toes) and help them make basic sentences about their body in English. Also, s/he aims to make students enjoy the lesson with the video while noticing their body parts.
Procedure:
Teacher comes to class and gives brief information about the topic. He displays the video* which is related to topic, body parts. While showing every part of body, he shows one by one and repeats with students. Body parts are shown by teacher with his body. He makes sentences with has got and have got, then writes to board. (I have got …) He can use sentences like “This is my …” etc.

Structuring:
Activity: Watch and Answer
Aim: Teacher aims to show body parts by using cartoon characters (Sylvester, Tweety, Lola Bunny, Bugs Bunny, Tazmanian Devil and Daffy Duck) that students can have fun while watching and learning. Teacher aims to make students motivated for the lesson, to help them enjoy the lesson, to make the lesson more interesting and enjoyable.
Procedure:
The video** that includes all the cartoon characters (Sylvester, Tweety, Lola Bunny, Bugs Bunny, Tazmanian Devil and Daffy Duck) which students like is displayed in English. After the video, teacher presents the characters (Wile E. Cyote, Porky Pig, Speedy Gonzales, Marvin the Martain, Sylvester, Tweety, Lola Bunny, Bugs Bunny, Tazmanian Devil and Daffy Duck) one by one with another video***. In every character, teacher asks some questions about that character such as “Has it got big eyes/nose?, “Is his nose red?. Every sentence and question is written to board, if it is necessary.

Proceduralization
Activity: Draw and Present
Aim: Teacher aims to force students to create and to think creatively and individually. Teacher helps them create their own English by themselves.
Procedure:
At the end of the lesson, teacher asks students to draw a picture of the imaginary character in students’ minds. It could be a character that students are used to see. Beside, teacher asks students to explain their character with simple sentences related to topic. (It has got …) Then, every student presents the character that they create to class.
