When students come across these favorite activities, they can make sentences about their likes and dislikes. These activities are; ‘Skiing, swimming, playing football, basketball, singing, dancing, drawing pictures, riding a bicycle.’ The structures which will be integrated in the classroom are; ‘I, you, we, they -like, don’t like, dislike-, he, she, it -likes, doesn’t like, dislikes-‘.

MATERIALS

Teacher-made materials about some favorite activities. These materials are; ‘Ski set, sea wave and a microphone. They are paper-made and colourful. They are attractive to attract students’ attention. These activities are; ‘Skiing, swimming, singing, dancing, drawing pictures.’
A power-point presentation is used to show and tell the favorite activities according to the pictures. In presentation, both ‘like’ structure and ‘don’t/doesn’t like’ or ‘dislike’ structure is given with favorite activities.

PROCEDURE

Teacher enters to classroom with ski set. Teacher speaks about their daily life with students but teacher doesn’t talk about the ski set at first. After some ‘Good morning’ and ‘How are you?’ conversation, teacher asks students about the ski set. Teacher wants students guess the material. Teacher ask some questions like; ‘Do you know this?’, ‘Do you have something like this?’. After these questions, teacher says ‘I like skiing’. Teacher gets the students  involved into subject.
