5th grade Unit 4 School Life Game Activities

LANGUAGE POINT: IMPERETIVE FORMS
MATERIALS: CARTOONS WHICH HAVE  THE CLASSROOM RULES  ON IT AND STICKER


AIM: TO MOTIVATE  THE STUDENTS
          TO TEACH THE CLASSROOM  RULES WITH THE GAMES
          TO CREATE A FUN ATMOSPHERE
          TO MAKE STUDENTS  DEVELOP THEIR COLLOBORATIVE WITH OTHERS
         TO MAKE LESSONS  MORE  ENJOYABLE ANF FUN
         TO CREATE RELAX AND STRESS-FREE ENVIRONMENT

PROCEDURE: Teacher comes to the class with materials and greets with them.She asks the students  how they  are.After a short conversation, the teacher sticks the classroom rules which are prepared  with cartoons on the board.These classroom rules are; Don’t run, Don’t sleep in the class, listen to teacher carefully and raise your hand when you want to talk.She wants students to read these classroom rules.After; she prepares the class for the game.In this activitiy,firstly, the teacher will act an action about the classrrom rules without any speech, by using gestures ,mimics and body language,after that she will ask “ Which is the classroom rule?”.They will try to predict ;of course. Then , students will come to the board and they will act in front of class voluntarily.This game goes on  like that and they all practice the classroom rules.
