UNIT: MY REGION

GRADE: 5

ACTIVITY: SONG

Aims:

       1)      Teach the geographical regions and the features

       2)      To provide the students learn the topic with an enjoyable way

       3)      To provide the students keep the topic in their mind with the song

       4)      To provide learn the topic in a meaningful and attractive way

PROCEDURE: Firstly the teacher gives some information about the topic. The students can understand what topic of the song. After giving information about the topic, the teacher says the song without the text of the song showing to the students. After that, she shows text of the song and both the teacher and the students sing the song. They can say the song more than one and the teacher divide the class into the groups. Each group says the song a part of the song they try to make a harmony with the song. They try to catch the rhyme of the song together.
